Orders & Shipping:
When you are ready to complete your sale, select, "Checkout." We use a secure online shopping cart to process orders and accept payment through Paypal.
PA State Residents will be charged 7% sales tax upon checkout on accessories only.
Orders within the U.S. will be shipped via UPS ground mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout using a postal calculator based on weight and destination. Please allow 3-10 days for your order to arrive. We generally ship orders out Tuesday through Friday. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. Overnight and International shipments are available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing an order.
Return / Exchange Policy:
Arcadia will exchange or refund full-priced purchased goods within 10 days of the order's delivery date. All goods must be unworn, in perfect condition, with price tags intact. Refunds will not be issued until Arcadia has received the returned items and goods have been processed. All goods must be received by us within 10 days of the date the item was delivered to you. No exceptions will be given.
All jewelry, vintage, hosiery and sale merchandise are FINAL SALE. Arcadia reserves the right to refuse any returned item. Items purchased under promotional sales are refundable based on the policy listed above.
For all returns & exchanges, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your intention to return and receive your Return number. Returns made without prior notification will not be processed. For merchandise exchanges, Arcadia will cover the cost to ship the exchanged item back to you. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges back to Arcadia if items are being exchanged or returned.
We do not refund original shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Returns and Exchanges Procedure:
Print your confirmation email and include it with your package. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your return # very visibly on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without a return # from Arcadia.
Arcadia takes your privacy seriously. Arcadia will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone. Arcadia Online collects personal information when you shop and register with us. This information will be used to inform you of new products, sample sales, or updates on our site.
When you place an order at Arcadia Online, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfill our order and to communicate with you about it. Arcadia uses your information for three general purposes: to fulfill the orders and request for certain products and services you placed with us, to contact you about specials and new products and to understand the shopping habits of our customers to better serve them in the future.
We DO NOT RELEASE any information about you to other companies. To have your name removed from this list, please send email to info@arcadiaboutique. Please provide us with the exact email address you used to register or to order with us and we will make sure your name and address is removed from the list.
